I can't believe you have said these lovely things about ME.

Although tears seem to be blurring my vision at the moment, I can see back to those days when I taught that young girl. She was bright, eager, full of courage and enthusiasm -- much as she is today. Teaching her was no more difficult than opening a door and ushering her through, but it was a lot more fun.

I always heard that gifts return to the giver, and now I see how the gift is not only returned but doubled. The pleasure of teaching you was the first return, your remembrance is the second. During that time I tripped on uneven pavement, fell, broke my elbow and then had surgery and therapy. Later after that was healed I fell play pickleball and cracked my head on the floor and was on concussion watch for a few days. My family is trying to insist that I wear a helmet, knee and elbow pads as part of my retirement wardrobe.

I will be back to your blog to read more.

Marilyn HolladayMarilynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17732865430455351120noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3177859896498350011.post-8885034311654711622009-06-05T15:35:59.956-07:002009-06-05T15:35:59.956-07:00My grandfather was a lottery kind of guy.
